These rules are designed to create a safe environment for all our guests. We kindly ask for your cooperation and compliance with these rules. Read our house rules below and feel free to contact our staff if you have any questions.
Access only for 18 and older. Minors are also not allowed entry under supervision.
If we suspect you are reselling to minors, you will be denied access.
Identification is legally required. Upon request by staff, every customer must be able to show valid identification (passport, ID card, or driver's license). If false or incorrect identification is discovered, this person will be detained and handed over to the police.
We sell a maximum of 5 grams per day, per person (AHOJGI criteria)
Aggression is not allowed. Verbal aggression is also not accepted.
Be considerate of the neighborhood; follow speed limits and dispose of waste properly in designated trash bins.
Unwanted intimacies, racism, and discrimination are not allowed. Anyone guilty of the above points will receive a warning. Repeat offenses will result in temporary or permanent denial of access.
Wearing headwear, helmets, robes, capes, and/or sunglasses is not allowed when entering the coffeeshop. Bare upper body and/or bare feet are not allowed. Respect and openness are of great importance.
We have the right to refuse access to groups of 3 people or more. If we notice disruptive gathering within the shop, we will still deny you access.
Dogs are not allowed inside, except service dogs.
Making phone calls in the coffeeshop is not allowed
Alcohol is not allowed in the coffeeshop or on our premises
Possessing, using, or dealing in hard drugs (including extracts, etc.) is prohibited. If we have any suspicion, we will contact the police and an access ban will apply.
There are cameras in the building. By entering our premises and shop, you agree that recordings of you will be made. In case of incidents, these may be shown to third parties.
The coffeeshop is not liable for the disappearance of private property.
If you cause disturbance, you will be denied access. By disturbance we mean: improper parking, running engine, disruptive music, loitering in front of or near the shop. We will warn you first, but if you don't comply, we will refuse you access.
After visiting the coffeeshop, you must leave the premises, being considerate of the neighborhood and other road users.
