This privacy and cookie statement applies to the processing of personal data by Coffeeshop de Loods.
The use of your personal data for various purposes:
Service provision
For the sale of our products, we generally do not need personal data. However, if you pay by debit or credit card, we receive certain payment data from your bank. This is necessary to fulfill the agreement with you. According to fiscal retention requirements, we are legally required to keep our administration for 7 years.
Camera surveillance
To monitor public order around our Boerejongens locations in Amsterdam, we use neighborhood hosts with body cameras. These body cameras can record incidents. We, our visitors, employees, the municipality, and the police all have a legitimate interest in securing our locations, visitors, employees, products, and public order. Only footage of threatening incidents is recorded. If no further (criminal) action is taken, the footage is deleted within 7 days. If action is taken, the footage is kept until the incident is resolved, possibly in cooperation with the police.
Job applications
If you have responded to one of our job openings or submitted an open application, we process your personal data to assess your application and prepare potential employment contracts. We use your title, name, contact and address details. Additionally, we may process supplementary data such as your date and country of birth, CV, cover letter, salary indication, availability, a Certificate of Good Conduct, and references. Your application data is kept for a maximum of six weeks after the position is filled. This allows us to contact you if the position becomes available again during the probationary period. If we cannot offer you a position at this time, we can – with your consent – keep your application data for one additional year. You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email. If you come to work for us, your application data will be kept in your personnel file. This file is kept as long as necessary and regarding application data for a maximum of two years after employment begins.
Surveys
If you have responded to one of our surveys, we process your personal data to determine your address and establish the distance to our location. Additionally, we use your name to ensure that the survey is completed only once per person. After processing the surveys, personal data is deleted. You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email.
